Do you know exactly how to manage your public engagement project? Have you worked out exactly what impact you’d like to achieve? Do you know how to evaluate that impact? If not, then this training is just what you need!

This interactive online-workshop series, taught by Dr. Sophie Morris (public engagement trainer in the UK), will guide you through how to manage and evaluate your public engagement project to make sure you achieve impact. By working through a case study, you will think about target audiences, tailoring activities, budgeting and evaluation plans. Using a project management framework, you will be given the tools to plan and evaluate your very own public engagement project to achieve the biggest impact possible.

We look forward to seeing you there.
